MBA qualified, with strong business acumen, Leeann is a Management Consultant – a specialist in Change – an Executive Coach, key note speaker, and lecturer, with 20-years of international experience, the last 15 of which have been with blue-chip consulting firms such as Deloitte, Capgemini, PricewaterhouseCoopers and EY. Her recent client engagement experience spans major banking institutions, public and private sector organisations in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and South Africa.
Since her return to South Africa, Leeann has started her own company called Concordia Coaching & Consulting – see www.concordia-coaching.com, where she consults on a variety of change programmes across large corporates and small businesses, she provides executive coaching, lectures and consults for and at 2 of South Africa’s top 3 Business Schools. She designs and delivers Leadership and Management Development programmes for corporates. An expert in managing change & transformation on an international level, Leeann has designed and delivered large-scale, complex programmes. The largest deal constructed was £180m+. The largest project she was responsible for scoping and mobilising was £105m. Capgemini – one of the Top 5 Consulting Firms in the world – launched a Global HR Transformation programme which Leeann was the Programme Manager for – designing a new HRIS, implementing a new Global Competency Model and developing the strategies for Talent Management & Retention. She also supported the set-up of the Middle-East practice in Dubai, which she later went on to deliver projects for. Leeann has worked on major restructures / redundancy programmes such as RBS, various HR transformation programmes, and undertook various roles on SAP and Oracle implementations. Her client base included the Ministry of Defence, BP, Barclays, the Royal Bank of Scotland, the Department of Work & Pensions, Transport for London, Rolls Royce, Sony, the Royal Household at Buckingham Palace, and several public sector organisations. Her South African client base includes a variety of small businesses and large corporates such as Ernst & Young (EY), the South African Reserve Bank, the Financial Intelligence Centre, Standard Bank, and previously ABSA, the University of Pretoria, Sasol.
Leeann’s Learning & Development and Executive Development experience is significant. She is an expert communicator, facilitator and trainer. She has over 3,000 training / lecturing hours. Leeann has a certificate in Creative Writing from Oxford University, and has undertaken various private study courses through Harvard and Yale Universities. She has designed, presented at, facilitated and hosted an ordinate number of international events, workshops, training courses, middle management and consultant development programmes. She has worked with Capgemini’s Group Executive Committee in identifying their top 100 Senior Sales Executives globally (portfolios of $100m to $1bn).
Leeann has worked with Capgemini’s University in Paris and global design teams to develop a new curriculum for consultants aligned to a new Global Competency Model which she led the implementation of. She worked alongside the firm’s e-Learning team in India, to develop world class blended learning solutions using gaming, simulations, mobile learning, and implementing virtual classrooms, in all cases including the behavioural dimension of change.
On a personal level, Leeann is highly articulate, energetic and engaging. She works at an exceptionally fast pace, is outcomes-focused, and is at her best when working in dynamic environments with forward-thinking teams and individuals. She supports several environmental, animal and children-centred charities around the world.
